Our company serves as a vehicle that assists business entities in the private and public sector to reduce costs, increase productivity and optimise profits with holistic business consulting services. We have recently developed a programme that we hope will create approximately 5,000 jobs for the South African job market, saving the South African government up to R400 million.

MGN Business Consultants is a matured black-owned company with a focus on integrating the fragmented disciplines of HCM services, training and development to complete the HCM objective.

We provide full spectrum business consulting, including specialist labour broking services at affordable rates. Using economies of scale and sharing the cost of our HR specialists among clients, we make professional human resource services accessible to clients who would otherwise not be able to afford it, while making HR services more cost-effective to those who can.

As a labour broker, MGN Business Consultants supplies and manages contract staff, as well as temporary and permanent employees for South African and international clients.

MGN Business Consultants specialises in the broking and management of warehouse labour, pickers and packers, production workers and administrative office staff. We also gladly hire labour for any industry across all levels. As a registered labour broker and employer we take care of the entire employment process and relevant administration, from enforcement of discipline and payroll to ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as deductions and the paying of PAYE, UIF and the SDL.
